The Process

First we evaluate your needs.  Do you need an Estate Sale or a Clear-Out service?

On our beautiful West Coast of Florida, the first thing the Homeowner or Loved One needs to do is remove all items they do not want included in the Estate Sale or the Clear-Out Service. We can also clearly mark larger items or relocate them to a room that will not be open to the public.

Here is where we take over for your Estate Sale needs. Our team will come out and go through everything in your home. Items that are broken or unsellable will be removed from the house and disposed of before any staging has begun.  

After clearing out the non-sellable items , we take photos of the pieces that will attract customers and drive traffic to our estate sales. We typically aim to advertise the West Coast Florida Estate Sales at least two weeks before the event, allowing people ample time to plan their visit.

Here is when the fun begins with our Estate Sales. Staging the home correctly for West Coast Florida Estate Sales makes a huge difference. We ensure everything is priced accurately, placed in the right areas of the home, and that the space remains as clutter-free as possible while providing ample tables, all while maintaining easy and safe navigation throughout the home.

West Coast Florida Estate Sales typically run Estate Sales on Thursday thru Saturday. 

After the Estate Sale, we perform a complete clean-out of everything that didn't sell. Once the house is clear, we will conduct a broom sweep and all is done. 

Within 7 days of the the end of the Estate Sale, we provide the Estate Sale's data, including the inventory of higher priced items that sold during our the Estate Sale, and pay you your share.
