The Process

We will go over the options and fess, establish the timeline, do a walk through of the property to estimate expectations of value and sign agreement.

The first thing the homeowner or loved ones would need to do is remove all items they do not want in the sale.  We can also clearly mark larger items or move items to a room that will not be open to the public.

Here is where we take over.  Our team will come out and go through everything.  Items that are broken or unsellable will be removed from the house.  After removal we will conduct a basic cleaning.  This typically takes about 3 days depending on the house.

After clearing out the non-sellable items and cleaning, photos will be taken of items that will draw attention to the customers and drive traffic.  We typically want to advertise the Estate Sales at least two weeks before the event so people can plan to come.  

Here is when the fun begins. Staging the home correctly makes a huge difference.  We make sure everything is priced, in the correct area of the home and as clutter free as possible with providing as many tables as possible while still maintaining an easy and safe navigation of the home.

We offer to our subscribers a sneak peak before the sale is open to the public.  The Estate Sale will be open to the public Thursday through Saturday.  

After the sale, we do a complete clean-out of everything that didn't sell.  When the house is clear we will conduct a broom clean and all is done.  We do offer a professional service clean as an option as well.

Within 7 days of the sale close, we provide the sells data, inventory of the higher priced items that sold and pay you your share.
